1. Overview

This website is operated by Muddy Paws, a trade name of 2818363 Alberta Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our store or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your province or territory to place an order, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Products and pricing

We do our best to describe and photograph our products accurately, but colours and sizes may vary slightly from what you see on screen. Prices are shown in Canadian dollars for customers in Canada and in US dollars for customers in the United States, and may change without notice. We may correct pricing or description errors and cancel orders placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund.

4. Orders

We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we'll refund you in full.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing information.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping times, returns and refunds are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

7. Product use and pet safety

Please supervise your pet when using new products, choose the right size, and stop use if a product becomes damaged. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any medical condition. If you have concerns about your pet's health, consult a veterinarian.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including our name, logo, text and images, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
