Where do you ship?

We ship to addresses across Canada and the United States. Prices show in Canadian dollars for Canadian shoppers and in US dollars for US shoppers.

How much is shipping?

Canada: free standard shipping on orders of CA$50 or more, otherwise CA$9.99.
United States: free standard shipping on orders of about US$50 or more, otherwise about US$9.99.

How long will my order take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 7–14 business days to Canada and 7–15 business days to the US. Holidays and winter weather can add a few days. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Why did my items arrive in separate packages?

If you order several items, they may ship from different places and arrive on different days. There's no extra shipping charge for this.

How do the bundle deals work?

Add both items to your cart and the discount is applied automatically at checkout. No code needed.

Will I pay customs fees?

Sales taxes that apply are shown at checkout. If you're ever asked to pay an unexpected fee when your package arrives, contact us before paying and we'll help sort it out.

How do I choose the right size?

Each product page has a size guide. For boots, measure the width of your dog's front paw while they're standing. For beds, measure your pet from nose to tail while they're lying down. If you're between sizes, choose the larger one.

Can I return something?

All sales are final, so we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please check the size guide before you order. If your boots or bed don't fit, email us within 14 days of delivery and we'll give you 15% off the correct size.

What if my order arrives damaged, faulty or wrong?

Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund. You won't need to send anything back.
