Where we ship
We ship to addresses across Canada and the United States.
Shipping rates
- Canada: free standard shipping on orders of CA$50 or more, otherwise CA$9.99
- United States: free standard shipping on orders of about US$50 or more, otherwise about US$9.99 (charged as CA$70 and CA$13.99, converted at checkout)
Processing and delivery times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Once shipped, standard delivery usually takes 7–14 business days to Canada and 7–15 business days to the United States. Delivery may take longer during holidays, peak seasons such as Black Friday and December, or severe winter weather.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Tracking may take 2–3 days to show updates.
Multiple packages
If you order several items, they may ship separately and arrive on different days. You won't be charged extra shipping for this.
Duties and taxes
Applicable sales taxes are shown at checkout. If you are ever asked to pay an unexpected duty or fee when your package is delivered, please contact us before paying and we'll help sort it out.
Late or missing packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days of purchase, or tracking shows it as delivered but you can't find it, email us at support@muddypaws.com.co with your order number. We'll investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Address errors
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We can only update the address before your order ships.
